This is a 275sq ft tiny home sitting at the top of the mountains in Santa Cruz. Please note this home has a COMPOST toilet. The deck has a propane fire pit to sit at on those clear nights. There is wifi but no ability to pug the internet directly into a computer or other device. There is also no cable tv. The home does come fully furnished but willing to move smaller items out that you have of your own.
