Surrounded by trails and fishing and one hour to Breckinridge - amazing skiing, Salida area - white water rafting, half hour to Colorado trail, 25 minutes to FairPlay (cute old mining town with some restaurants, grocery shopping and hardware store), 45 to 60 mins to Bailey and Conifer (more restaurant and shopping options) and just an hour and half to Denver area.
