MOUNTAIN VACATION HOME AVAILABLE FOR MONTHLY SUMMER RENTAL Our mountain vacation home is a four bedroom and 3.5 bath duplex located in the heart of Colorado ski country 30 minutes to world class skiing at Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain ski resorts; 60 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek, and 2 hours to Denver International Airport. It is located at an elevation of about 9,300 feet and has majestic views of the mountains and a large mountain lake (Dillon Reservoir). There are many hiking-biking-snowshoeing trails out of our back door. The property has large decks in the front and back to enjoy the views and outdoors. The main (2nd) level has an open floor plan containing a large sectional sofa with fireplace and TV, dining area, a large kitchen with an island which contains a beverage refrigerator, a laundry room and bath. The lower level consists of a large bunkhouse bedroom with two sets of bunk beds for the kids. The lower level also has a bathroom and TV viewing area off the garage. The upper (3rd) level contains a large master bedroom/bath with a king bed and steam shower, and two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds with a full bathroom across the hall.
