I can only consider people who have actually put in an application through Zillow due to high number of emails. 1 Bedroom apartment on the 3rd Floor. Off Street parking for 1 car. On a super quite side st. close to 44, 138 and 140 but not in the center (view map). Closet space is extremely minimal and the shower is a small standup shower as it's a 3rd floor apartment. Large furniture won't make it up there. Other than that it's a great place with great neighbors! Please look at the layout to understand the setup of the apartment. It's small but as you can see in the pictures plenty of room if furniture is placed correctly. Pictures are from a previous tenant (old stove is now a black electric range). There is room for storage in the basement and also in a garage for bigger items if needed. Vouchers welcomed. Must pass a credit and background check.
