Convenient central location that is very close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, medical and government facilities and the airport. Coin-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on the property. Rental Terms Rent: $1,750 plus GET 4.712% Application fee: $40 per adult Security deposit: $1,750 Available: 8/1/2026 Tenants responsibility: electricity, cable/internet, and parking (if applicable). Includes: water, sewer, refuse, quarterly exterior pest control and landscaping. No smoking/vaping is allowed in the unit, lanai, or within 20 feet of the building. Renters insurance is a requirement for all tenants. All applicants over the age of 18 must submit an individual rental application AND a non-refundable $40 application fee.
