This fee covers administrative processing and general wear-and-tear. Security deposits are not accepted. Occupancy Limits Only individuals listed on the lease agreement may reside in the unit. Guests staying longer than 14 consecutive days within a 30-day period must receive prior approval. Cleanliness and Property Care Tenants must maintain cleanliness in their unit and shared spaces. Trash must be disposed of properly, and conditions that may attract pests must be avoided. No Alterations Without Approval Tenants may not paint, install fixtures, or make any structural or cosmetic changes to the property without written permission from the landlord. Laundry Use Shared coin-operated laundry must be used respectfully. Please clean up after use and do not leave laundry unattended for extended periods. Maintenance and Repairs Tenants are required to report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the landlord as soon as possible. No Illegal Activity Illegal activity of any kind on the premises is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate lease termination. Outdoor Area Expectations Tenants must help keep exterior areas clean and free from clutter. Responsibilities for lawn care or snow removal (if applicable) will be outlined in the lease.
