$4,900/ month on 6 month or longer contract with no furnishings, add $200 for furnished, renting for less than 6 months is $5,500/month. The contract may be extended with our permission and a house inspection. Renter is responsible for utilities, internet, and cable tv. If you want to continue with some or all of the same accounts, we will pay them when due, then forward them to you so that you can reimburse us at same time with your monthly rent. Dogs can not be aggressive dogs or aggressive breeds, and if you have with pets there will be a larger damage deposit needed. The lawn is almost an acre, (less than an hour to mow with our zero turn Kubota mower), and the driveway is nice and flat, easy for our small snow blower, we can add this equipment to your lease for $100/month, you can use your own machines, or you can hire the work out to pros, many of the neighbors do that.

The Highlands Grill is a nice restaurant that is an easy golf cart trip to dinner only a few hundred yards away after a long day at work.
