Off-street parking is available for 2-3 vehicles and a fenced yard is provided. Pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of.

Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any property damage caused by themselves or their guests. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk as the home is not child-proofed. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
