Lease terms

Lease Term: 12 months Move-In Requirements: First month's rent ($2,300) and a refundable security deposit ($2,300) are due prior to move-in. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Water service will remain in the landlord's name; however, tenants are responsible for the full monthly water bill. A copy of the water bill will be provided to the tenant each month by email. Payment for the water bill is due within ten (10) days of the tenant's receipt of the bill. Failure to pay the water bill within ten (10) days may result in applicable late fees as outlined in the lease agreement. Application Requirements: All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete an application and background screening. Income verification, rental history, credit review, and background screening are required. Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Pets: Pets may be considered subject to landlord approval and applicable lease requirements. Additional Terms: No smoking inside the property. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the premises in a clean and sanitary condition and complying with all lease terms and community regulations. Renter's Insurance: Proof of Renter's Insurance is required Pet Insurance: Proof of pet insurance is required if applicable
