The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, and the spacious living room leads out to a lovely deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Located in the heart of Mission Beach, you'll be steps away from the sand, restaurants, bars, and the bay. This beautiful and updated upstairs beach bungalow is the perfect home away from home for your San Diego vacation. It is located in the heart of Mission Beach, just steps away from the bay and a short walk to the Pacific Ocean. The apartment is approximately 900 square feet and is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
The bungalow features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed and its own fully updated en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms also have their own smart TVs, so you can relax and watch your favorite shows before bed. The bathrooms are stocked with quality hotel towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap, so you don't need to worry about packing those essentials.
The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a big smart TV for your entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential tools and appliances you need to cook and prepare a gourmet meal. You'll find high-quality cookware, utensils, and dishes, as well as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room opens up to a large deck with a set of table and chairs and other available seating so you can relax outside. There is also a BBQ available for your use, so you can cook your own meals and enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather.
The apartment can comfortably sleep four guests, but we also provide a high-quality 8 inch queen blow-up mattress for the living room as the 3rd bed option, which is available in one of the closets. There is high-speed internet throughout the apartment, so you can stay connected during your stay.
The bungalow also comes with a designated parking spot in the garage for a small to medium car. There is also a private washer and dryer available for your convenience in the Garage.
The bungalow is pet-friendly, pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must be a small to medium dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be applied if we have to do extra cleaning for urine/soil stains or excessive hair or sand because of the pet.
For your safety and security, there are recording devices located outside the units, recording 24/7. These recording devices are for your safety and the safety of others.
