The primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. Two additional bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed or a full-over-full bunk bed, a smart TV, and share a second full bathroom. The fourth bedroom downstairs offers a queen bed and easy access to a half bathroom. The lower level is a favorite gathering spot with a game room that includes a pool table, Pac-Man arcade, record player, smart TV, and comfortable seating, ideal for movie nights or relaxed evenings. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use on this level.
Enjoy the seasonal private outdoor pool and private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day or enjoying a peaceful evening outdoors. The fully fenced backyard features decks, a grill, and a fire table for outdoor gatherings. Garage parking is available. This home is pet-friendly and family-friendly, with board games and a Pack 'n play available upon request. Pool heating is available for an additional $75 per day, applied to each night of your entire stay. Max 2 dogs are welcome for a $125 flat fee, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.

Parties, large gatherings, underage drinking, drug use, unauthorized guests, and confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Violating house rules may result in termination of the reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill, and receipts will be reimbursed; for charcoal grills, guests should bring their own charcoal. Kids under 14 must be supervised by an adult in the pool or backyard, and anyone under 18 who can't swim must be watched closely. Pets are not allowed in the pool. A $250 fine applies for hot tub cleanliness issues. Max occupancy for the hot tub is 7 guests. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors. Check-out is at 10 AM and check-in is at 4 PM.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
