For efficient service, contact us through the booking website between 8 AM - 10 PM. If you expect to check in after 7 PM, please notify us on the day of arrival for your key code. A strict non-smoking policy is enforced both inside and outside the home; a minimum charge of $250 will be applied for odor remediation in case of violation. Please keep trash can lids closed at all times; excess trash will need to be taken with you, or an extra charge of $75 will apply for removal. Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest. An extra fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest. No more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time. Damages such as stained towels, linens, or furniture may result in charges for repairs or replacements. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, as plumbing issues from flushing prohibited items may result in repair charges. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy state, placing all trash in the cans, removing perishables from the refrigerator, placing dirty dinnerware in the dishwasher and turning it on, and putting used towels in the linen baskets or laundry room. A copy of your photo ID is required prior to check-in for documentation purposes. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises. Homeowners' association may contact the police for disruptions to neighbors or illegal activities.
