1. There are two bedrooms and two baths. There is no living room. There is a small laundry room and a spacious and sunny private patio with a separate security gate and entrance. One of the bedrooms has a Murphy bed and a kitchen included. Accordingly, the unit is not practical for more than two people 2. The owner pays all utilities including Wifi, gas-electric, air conditioning, heating, YouTube TV, Netflix, and DVR. 2. Pets are decided on a case-by-case basis with an extra non-refundable pet security deposit and monthly pet rental. 3. Parking is on the street. 4. NO smoking and NO drugs. This ADU is connected to our home property, so my husband and I ask you to treat it like your own home. 5. Provide a copy of your credit score will be required before the lease is executed. 6. Please give a 24-hour advance notice to show the unit to allow the present renter time to prepare. Showings are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday STARTING AUGUST 1ST.
