Parking Parking is available, one car per tenant Shared Spaces & Amenities: Living room with Massage chairs (fair use rules apply) Garage with home gym, Extra refrigeration and freezer in garage Room Details: Fully furnished, with memory firm mattress (brand new and never used), TV with smart features mounted on wall included Smoking Policies: No smoking indoors or outdoors within 10 feet of the property's walls Guest Policies: Daytime Guests Welcome Tenants are welcome to have guests visit the home during reasonable daytime hours. All guests must leave the property by 10:00 PM. Quiet hours Policies: Quiet Hours Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. During this time, tenants must keep noise at a level that does not disturb neighbors or the surrounding community. Shared Spaces Policies: Respectful Use of Shared Areas Any shared spaces on the property such as driveways, yards, walkways, porches, or laundry areas must be used respectfully and kept clean at all times. Tenants should leave shared areas in the same condition they found them. Damage Responsibility Tenants are responsible for any damage they cause in shared spaces. Costs for repairs or cleaning may be charged to the tenant.
