Availability: The home will be available for occupancy after August 1, 2026. As the property is currently occupied, showings will be scheduled after the current tenant has vacated. Utilities: The property is heated with oil. The tenant is responsible for monitoring fuel levels, ordering oil as needed, and paying all associated costs. The tenant is also responsible for establishing and maintaining all utility services in their name effective on the move-in date, including but not limited to electricity, oil, water, sewer, and garbage service. Property Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for all routine property maintenance, including snow removal, lawn care, and general upkeep of the premises. Prospective tenants should be prepared and physically capable of performing these responsibilities or making arrangements for them to be completed at their own expense. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
