No cats, birds, or other animals. There is a NO Weapons, NO Smoking, NO Drugs, NO Candle Burning, and NO Vaping policy inside and outside the home and anywhere on the property. No subletting or renting out any room or space on any short-term rental site, i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc. to name a few. The price listed reflects a six month lease term.
