No subletting or renting out any room or space on any short-term rental site, i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc to name a few. The lease term is for six months only for qualified tenants.

The outdoor back patio with Edison outdoor lighting creates an amazing private gathering area. Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe the quiet hours from 9 pm through 8 am. No parties allowed.
