This home offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed, both designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Both rooms connect to a convenient Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. Outside, enjoy a tranquil fenced front yard while firing up the charcoal grill for a relaxed evening at home.
Enjoy fantastic outdoor dining and entertaining spaces. Free on-site parking is available. For your stay, linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher and laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. We highly recommend renting one of our 4 or 6-seater golf carts for your stay as they are the perfect way to get around Garden City and you will find beach parking much easier than with your car. The 4-seater is $65/day and the 6-seater is $75/day.
Located just 4 blocks from the public beach access off Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you will be close to shopping with grocery stores, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, a surf shop, and more! Experience the tranquility of Garden City Beach without the crowds.
Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. A copy of a valid photo ID is required for verification and liability purposes.
