This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has wood floors throughout, central ac, a "great" room with cathedral ceiling, eat-in kitchen, and washer and dryer. There is a large screened in porch that overlooks a large yard and Twilight Lake. Inside there are 3 bedrooms with cathedral ceilings (two queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom --with trundle), 2 bathrooms (both have stall showers-one bathroom is en-suite) with glass mosaic tile in ocean colors. The house comes fully equipped with 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, all linens, 5 beach badges and beach chairs, outdoor shower, hairdryers, a BBQ. *Please note seasonal rental rates are by the week with a two week minimum from May 15th -Labor Day. Weekly rate is $7,500. Arrangements for one week rentals or a discounted rate for off season will be considered. No annual rentals. No smoking. No parties, no rentals to anyone under 30.
