There are two large common areas and kitchen, Washer and dryer, microwave. Utilities are included in the rent. This is a month to month lease. Very quiet area. No smoking, vaping or overnight guests. Guest hours are from 0900 to 2000. This is a quiet place. One parking pace per room. On the property.
