Lease Terms 3466 Michael Drive, Redwood City, CA * Minimum 12-month lease. * Monthly rent due on the 1st of each month. * Security deposit: One month's rent. * Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet, and any other applicable utility services. Each unit has separate utility meters. * Tenant is responsible for maintaining the private front yard. The front yard features low-maintenance artificial turf. Tenant is responsible for basic upkeep to keep the yard clean and well maintained. * No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or garage. * One small pet may be considered with landlord approval. Additional pet deposit and/or pet rent may apply. * No subleasing, short-term rentals (including Airbnb/VRBO), or assignment of the lease without prior written consent from the landlord. * No alterations, or other modifications without prior written landlord approval. * Renter's insurance with personal liability coverage is required before move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. * Tenant shall promptly report maintenance issues and is responsible for replacing HVAC filters, smoke detector batteries (where applicable), and other routine tenant maintenance. * Occupancy is limited to approved occupants listed on the lease. * We are seeking responsible, long-term tenants who will care for and maintain this home as if it were their own.
