Pets: Pets are considered, but some dog breeds are not permitted. For each allowable pet, there is a $150 one-time non-refundable fee and $30/month. Max 2 pets.
Lease term: 12 months minimum (with potential for renewal).
Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent amount. We check credit (minimum score 600 without numerous/major collections), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is an application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). Each adult tenant (and cosigner) must submit their own application for screening.
