This is a private 2-bedroom basement unit with a separate rear entrance, located in a quiet residential home. The space includes two bedrooms, a living area, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, plug-in stovetop, and refrigerator. Tenant will have exclusive use of the basement unit. This is a non-shared space; however, the property is part of a single-family home. Lease term is 6/12 months. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A security deposit equal to [one month's rent] is required prior to move-in. Utilities are included. Any overuse or excessive utility usage may result in additional charges. Parking is available via street. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the property. No subleasing or unauthorized occupants allowed. All occupants must be listed on the lease.
