Luxury vinyl plank flooring on the main level. Berber carpet on the second story and bedrooms. Beds furnished with 100% cotton sheets, plush bedding, and extra pillows.
The master is a loft-style space with an extra European style day bed in addition to the queen memory foam bed. There is an ocean view deck off the master bedroom, as well as a new, cozy gas fireplace for winter nights.
You can hear the ocean waves from the cozy upstairs bedrooms.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and forest views. Both bedrooms have beautiful natural light, and also come with 100% blackout curtains so you can sleep easily.
There is a full sized washer and dryer, garage space for storage, and a lush green fully fenced yard for your outdoor enjoyment and privacy.
The home is on a dead end street in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
Utilities are billed back to the tenant at a flat rate of $200.00/month. Thus, the total rent + all utilities each month is $2950.00.

Yard care is handled by landlord and included in monthly rent (mowing, weeding and watering twice monthly).
