All reservations come with enough supplies to 'get started' not for the entire length of stay; tenants must purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation. For non-lease guests with pets, a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets applies.
