For Rent or lease; 2 bedrooms with full-size closets, 1 bathroom, a laundry area with stackable washer and dryer hookups, stove, refrigerator.… Off-street parking for 2 vehicles, small back porch, central heat/air. Rent is $1,025 per month with a $50 discount for payments received on or before the 1st of each month in our Post Office Box or using zillow or "zelle". It is up to the tenant to make sure we have the rent in our possession to receive the discount. Rent is due on the 5th of each month. Move-In / move-out fee is $995. You must fill out an application in full. The location is 346 Longwood Street, Chickamauga, Georgia.
We are looking for tenants who want to be good neighbors, tenants who will pay on time, tenants who will take care of our property, and tenants who want to make a home in our property.
We do not allow pets, sorry.
