This bedroom has attached bathroom, boudoir and walk-in closet. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds for upto 2 pax, in each room. There are 2 rooms with 4 twin-sized beds (1 bunk bed & 1 twin bed with trundle) for upto 4 pax, in each room. There are 2 full bathrooms next to the 4 additional rooms. Kitchen has cabinets, utensils, cookware, knives, cutlery, coffee-maker, toaster, hot water kettle dedicated for renters' convenience. All rooms have a spacious closet with hangers, laundry basket, step-stool, full-length mirror, and extra linen. The additional bedrooms area has a linen closet with essentials and supplies, if needed. Tenants pay own utilities - gas, electricity, water. Rent does NOT include utilities. We have a team of weekly pool cleaner, bi-weekly lawn cleaner, yearly HVAC service, bi-monthly pest-control, included in rent. Above mentioned services included in rent. If renters want to hire their own team, rent can be negotiated. However, all renters must provide proof of house, pool, lawn, HVAC maintenance, and pest-control services.
