Lease Terms Agreement: Requires a 2-year lease commitment. 1 year lease available for $3050 per month Move-in Costs: Tenants must pay first month and deposit ($2900) at the time of lease signing. Utilities & Community Rules Responsibility: All utility services (e.g., water, gas, electricity, trash, and internet) are the tenant's responsibility and must be placed in the tenant's name before move-in. HOA Guidelines: Tenants must agree to understand and follow all community rules and regulations throughout the duration of the lease. Property Care & Policies Pet Policy: All pets must be approved by the landlord prior to bringing them onto the property. Smoking Policy: This is a strictly smoke-free property, including the interior of the home and all exterior areas. HVAC Maintenance: Tenants agree to provide access to the property twice per year at the start of each season for preventative AC and heater servicing. The landlord or technicians will provide advance notice before all visits. Parking Vehicles: Vehicle parking is permitted only inside the garage.
