Very convenient location: walk to Farmer Joe's market, Sequoia Diner, Ghost Town Brewery, Planet Fitness, Joe's Modern Thai and more! The upper private bedroom is 15'x9', very quaint and on its own floor: with truss beams on the ceiling. The downstairs bedroom could also be used as an office. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets! Kitchen was updated and has a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge. I just installed a new stove hood. There's a laundry room in back. There is a small garage with storage for your things. Street parking as the garage is too small to fit a car. There is a cute little sitting area in back and flower planters and a beautiful pomello tree in front. Rooms will be unfurnished when you move in, so please ignore the furniture in the photos. Upper bedroom can come with the wall-mounted 50"tv! I'm open to having a cat or small dog (50 lbs or less).
