LOVE this house!… Super nice neighbors, great location, and surrounded by some of the best food in ATL. Really quick access to 285 and 85, so you can get anywhere in the city fast. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Updated kitchen with fridge and all appliances included, washer & dryer included, plus brand new windows throughout and hardwood floors (This house usually rents out fast and tenants stay multiple years so go ahead and call or text before it's gone!) Brand new HVAC won't fail ya.
Backyard has tool shed, closed in back patio, and additional wooden deck, perfect for grilling and hosting friends. Lots of parking for friends: carport, driveway (can fit 2 cars side by side), and plenty of off-street parking. Will miss being so close to Buford Farmers Market! Neighborhood parks and tennis courts in walking distance. Amazing rolled ice cream shop a quick bike ride away :) Hubby and I had to move for work, but we really enjoyed our time in this home.
