Enjoy the private backyard oasis complete with a patio and an outdoor shower. A 2-car garage is available, along with plenty of additional parking. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per reservation for a maximum of 2 pets, and must be disclosed in advance. Undisclosed pets will incur an additional $10 fee and may result in early termination of your stay. Cats are not allowed. Any damages caused by pets will result in additional charges. Late check-outs and early arrivals are available for an additional fee: 1-2 hours for $100, and 2-3 hours for $200. Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule and require advance approval. Located in Fernandina Beach, this charming seaside town offers soft sandy beaches, walking paths, and a friendly, laid-back vibe. It's just a short stroll or bike ride to Fort Clinch State Park, Centre Street's historic downtown with its shops, galleries, and cafes, and local favorites like Salt Life and Sandbar. Nearby attractions within 5 miles include David's Restaurant & Lounge, The Salty Pelican Bar & Grill, The Patio at 5th & Ash, Fort Clinch State Park, Fernandina Historic District, and the Amelia Island Museum of History. The fireplace is decorative only and is not active or available for use due to insurance requirements. Use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. A 3.9% processing fee is non-refundable on all refunds. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited, and a $200 fine will apply, along with any additional cleaning or repair costs. Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins prior to departure. If your stay includes a Sunday, please place bins out that evening. Report any damages within 24 hours or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report may result in full liability for repairs or replacements. Please wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before departure. Keep all windows closed for safety and security. Do not overload laundry machines, avoid washing sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap after use. The storage closet must be kept closed and locked. Any leftover consumables are for your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Please do not rearrange furniture. Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and additional charges. Only registered guests are permitted. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur a $100 per person fee if exceeding occupancy limits. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. This home is well-suited for remote work, offering a comfortable environment for your work-from-home needs.
