The neighborhood

About the building

Privately owned and managed one bedroom and studio apartments near downtown and campus in a "quiet block." These are very well-maintained units because of on-site management and very responsive maintenance service. New countertops and newer appliances. Lots of storage in the unit. Very energy efficient heating without fan-blown distribution; excellent for those trying to avoid allergies. This unit has its own patio. Others have balconies. These apartments are a solid choice for mature tenants who are tired of the noisy environment of Apartmentland or renting from the large impersonal rental management agencies who do not keep properties livable because they do not own them. Easy walk to WSU campus in 15 minutes; located 1/2 block from the bus stop. Walking distance to Riverwalk, and several friendly neighborhood espresso cafes, eateries and pubs. Very easy access to the Chipman Trail for a scenic bike ride to nearby Moscow, Idaho.
