Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry.
