Available Date: The property is available for move-in on or after August 1, 2026. Lease Term: Minimum lease term is one (1) year. Longer lease terms are welcome. Rental Rate: Rental pricing may vary based on lease length, lease buyout provisions, number of occupants, and other lease terms.
