Tenant will receive a complimentary membership to the University Club of Saint Paul upon acceptance of Tenant's application. Seeking a 12 month or longer lease-term. Shorter term lease options are also available. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Landlord is responsible for all utilities. This home does not qualify for section 8.
