Please Note:

Road plowing is the renter's responsibility. A plow is on-site but currently not working (likely a carburetor issue). You're welcome to repair and use it, or you can bring your own plow/hire a neighbor for snow removal.
There is no well or city water. Water can be delivered or hauled by you. A 130-gallon tank is available on-site for hauling. The house has a 1800-gallon cistern. There's a fill station at Hwy 160 & 84, off Mill Creek Road, across from Tractor Supply.
