Pricing & Lease Terms Monthly Rent: $1,650 (no appliances) $1,800 (with appliances) Security Deposit: $1,000 Occupancy Limits: Maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom. Insurance Requirement: Minimum of $100,000 in tenant liability insurance coverage must be verified prior to lease signing and maintained throughout residency. Please note: Utility companies may require a deposit if you have not established prior service in your name. Pet Policy Pets Allowed: Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. Showing & Viewing Requirements Privacy Policy: To protect the privacy of current and future tenants, interior pictures are not provided online is shown by appointment only. Tour Requirement: To view the home, at least one guest/potential applicant must provide a government-issued photo ID.
