Strong block community in the Lyndale neighborhood ("borderline Kingfield"). First-floor tenants have been here for 11 years. Walk to Bde Maka Ska, Lyn-Lake and Uptown, and restaurants in the area including Pizza Luce, Gigi's, Hola Arepa, Victor's 1959 Cafe and Pat's Tap.
