The Star Wars game room offers a complete entertainment experience with pool, ping pong, arcade games, a sound system, a game console, and a movie theater. Central air conditioning and an in-unit washer and dryer ensure everyday comfort. Exercise equipment, including an elliptical, free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a yoga mat, is available. Enjoy a private outdoor pool that is heated year-round and a private hot tub. A gas BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking. Free parking is available on premises and free street parking. Paid pool and spa heating can be arranged for an additional $35 per day of usage, with at least one week's notice required prior to check-in. Located in Windsor Island Resort, this home offers free access to resort amenities such as a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, a splash pool, a hot tub, courts, picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. Please be aware that Windsor Island Resort may have areas of ongoing construction. Guests should be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products provided. A Ring camera is located by the front door. Guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Guests should be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use. Guests agree to pay $35 per day for pool and/or hot tub heating, which must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 16 guests are accommodated at any given time. No third party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Additional parking is available in the community at Lava Tree Dr. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Clubhouse parking lot. Guests may risk getting towed for parking violations. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A dedicated workspace is available for your convenience.
