The upstairs Avengers loft is perfect for movie nights or casual lounging. A dedicated workspace and central air conditioning add everyday comfort, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays simple. Exercise equipment including an elliptical, free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a yoga mat is available. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, whirlpool electric stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle, toaster, and coffee makers. Indoor and outdoor dining areas allow you to enjoy meals wherever your group feels most comfortable. Enjoy the private outdoor pool, heated year-round, and the private hot tub. The fully fenced private backyard offers room for kids to play, while outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a private patio or balcony, and a gas BBQ grill create relaxed spaces for fresh-air time. Self check-in with a smart lock and free parking on premises and free street parking add ease to your stay. Pool heat and/or hot tub usage requires a written request a week prior to check-in and an additional fee of $35 per day of usage. Located in Windsor Island Resort, you have free resort access to nearby amenities, including shared spaces such as a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, a splash pool, a hot tub, courts, picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. The surrounding area offers shopping, dining, and access to major attractions including Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. There are areas of ongoing construction within Windsor Island Resort. Please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, and excessive noise should be kept to a minimum during this time. Guests agree and acknowledge that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. Self check-in and check-out are available. A dedicated workspace is available for guests. This is a self-catering home. Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use.
