No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. A dedicated workspace is available for your convenience. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. Laundry detergent pods for up to two (2) loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. A Ring camera is by the front door.
