The home has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with a spacious living room, dining room, two outdoor patios, a BBQ area, stainless-steel appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, and additional storage. The location is convenient to Hillcrest, Uptown, the San Diego Zoo, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and outdoor recreation.
The bedroom can be either unfurnished or partially furnished and includes two closets, a ceiling fan, and plenty of room to make the space your own. The clean, well-maintained bathroom is shared and has a separate tub and shower.
You would be sharing the home with two laid-back adult male professionals and a friendly one-year-old Golden Retriever. We enjoy a calm, clean, respectful household where everyone can feel comfortable and at home. We are LGBTQ+ affirming, easy-going, and definitely not a party house.
We are looking for one responsible male housemate interested in a comfortable, stable, and positive long-term living arrangement. You should be respectful of shared spaces and comfortable living with a friendly dog.
