Ogden-Hinckley Airport (OGD) is about a 25-minute drive away, and Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is approximately a 60-minute drive.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. There is a $79 fee for accidental damage coverage. Outdoor smoking is allowed, but please dispose of smoking refuse properly. No fireworks are allowed on the property. Lost keys will incur a $40 charge, and lost FOB keys or garage remotes will be charged $100 each. Do not move furniture or game tables. No street parking is allowed; use overflow parking areas. International telephone toll calls are not permitted without permission and will be charged to the guest. There is no daily housekeeping service, but linens and bath towels are included. Children under 14 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision, and children under five are not permitted in the hot tub at any time. Hot tub covers are not designed to support standing, sitting, or walking on, and replacement costs $500 plus shipping and installation. No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved in writing. No smoking is permitted inside the home. No parties are allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the home and must remain with the rental party throughout their stay. All guests must agree to the Rental Agreement and HOA rules. Guests acknowledge and assume all risks of personal injury, death, illness, and property damage. Wristbands are required for access to the clubhouse, pool, and hot tub areas, and replacement wristbands cost $10 each. No food or drink is allowed in the pool or hot tub areas, and glass containers are prohibited. Portable grills are not permitted in the pool area. No jumping, horseplay, or swimming/ducking underwater is permitted in the hot tub. Babies must wear swim diapers and plastic pants in the swimming pool. No damp or wet swimwear or clothing is to be worn inside the clubhouse except for the use of the restrooms. Tents and shade canopies are not permitted inside the fenced pool area. Running, diving, and horseplay are NOT permitted in the pool and hot tub areas. Water toys and music must not be a nuisance to other swimmers and guests. Bicycles and skateboards may not be ridden inside the fenced-in pool area. Fitness equipment users work out at their own risk, and intentional misuse or willful misconduct will result in billing for damaged equipment. The tennis court is for tennis and pickleball only. The basketball court may be used during daylight hours only.
