This home is perfect for large groups, accommodating up to 16 guests. This well-equipped house features comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a private hot tub, a ping pong table, and a BBQ area, providing ample space and amenities for a memorable stay. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with prior approval required. Guests will have the use of the entire house, including the private hot tub, ping pong table, and BBQ area. Parking is available in overflow areas, as street parking is prohibited. Located in a mixed residential and rental home neighborhood, this house is conveniently situated near Wolf Creek Golf Course. The area offers a swimming pool, basketball hoop, tennis court, and a trail system for year-round enjoyment. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but outdoor smoking is permitted. Events are not allowed. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and prior approval is required. Guests must communicate the exact number of guests staying. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Lost keys will incur a $40 charge, FOB keys $100, and garage remotes $100. Moving furniture or game tables is prohibited. No street parking is allowed; use overflow parking areas. International calls are not permitted without Lessor permission and will be charged to the lessee's credit card. There is no daily housekeeping service, but linens and bath towels are included. Motor homes and campers may not be used as accommodations. Motorized vehicles are not permitted on walking trails. Portable outside speakers are prohibited. The speed limit inside the community is 25 mph and 10 mph at the traffic circle. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Trash cans should be moved to the curb on Sunday evening and returned by Monday night. Dogs must be on leashes or under owner control at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets. No food or drink is allowed in the pool or hot tub areas, and glass containers are prohibited. Portable grills are not permitted in the pool area. No damp or wet swimwear or clothing is to be worn inside the clubhouse except for restroom use. Tents and shade canopies are not permitted inside the fenced pool area. Running, diving, and horseplay are NOT permitted in the pool and hot tub areas. Water toys and music must not be a nuisance to other swimmers and guests. Bicycles and skateboards may not be ridden inside the fenced-in pool area. Replace the hot tub cover and outdoor furniture before leaving. Fitness equipment users acknowledge inherent dangers and work out at their own risk. Horseplay is not allowed in the fitness center. The tennis court is for tennis and pickleball only. The basketball court may be used during daylight hours only.
