I love pets, but this building is really strict. Otherwise, I may have considered living here. We just updated a bunch of the appliances for the last tenants. We like to be hands-off, but not hands-off where it's going to cause you any problems. I don't want to be on any of those Facebook groups being talked bad about. We try to take care of everyone who has come before us, and I'm happy to introduce you to past tenants! We like to do well by our renters. If we make it easy for you, we hope you make it easy for us, too. The people who work the front desk are absolute heroes to us. The building has some really nice places to hang out in. The apartment has a gorgeous view of the lake. Free parking isn't the worst, but can be tricky if you're trying to park at night. There is parking within the building, but it's via valet. That would be a separate add-on. The building does charge a move-in fee of at least 500, but we'll confirm before you move in. I put flexible on credit score and income to rent ratio, but the reality is we want someone who should be able to pay rent with ease. As the owner, I live very close by to the unit, but ideally I stay out of your hair if you stay out of mine. Please do not contact us to buy the unit. You will be ignored.
