I'm an ASU neuroscience PhD student at Barrow Neurological Institute, with prior neurosurgery training. My roommate is an ASU student and interior designer with a passion for painting. Our home is clean, well-maintained, and truly welcoming, and we're seeking one responsible female roommate to join our household. We are respectful and clean. We enjoy cooking, art, sports, and nature. Our home is laid-back you'll have plenty of private space, but we also appreciate occasional get-togethers, whether it's sharing a meal or watching a movie. There's no pressure to socialize if you prefer your own space.
Roommate Expectations:
Lifestyle: We seek responsible, tidy, and respectful female roommates. We welcome undergraduate, graduate students or young professionals. Occasional gatherings are okay with advance communication.. We give our cat shower to ensure the unit is clean.
Non-Negotiables: No smoking, no usage of illicit drugs, no heavy drinking, no subleasing, and no additional pets (we already have a friendly cat and she is so cute that everybody loves her).
Guest policy: Overnight guests are welcome occasionally with prior notice.
Lease & Application:
Lease Term: A 1year lease (renewed annually as per landlord policy); all tenants sign the lease together with the landlord. We're looking for a long-term commitment ( 1 year).
Deposit: $688 plus first month's rent ($688) per person
Availability: Rooms available from June 15th (flexible movein date available upon request).
Landlord is amazing, and very responsive for requests. He is the gold standard of landlord.
