To protect the quiet time of the other side of the duplex / long-term neighbors - regarding onsite dog -no barkers/whinners. Only the Dog on the lease (1 dog) shall be permitted onsite. (no additions/changes during the lease term) Make sure your dog is not left alone, they get lonely (bark/whine) and can cause damage and a lot of noise when left alone. That will not be acceptable and will be a breach of the lease terms. Animals need constant supervision, and healthy stimulation/exercise/food/water/shelter.
