Water and sewer service covered by landlord. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on any part of the Premises. Small dog allowed with non refundable damage deposit of $200. Limit of one week stay for visitors unless agreed upon and pre-approved by landlord. Tenant will maintain the Premises, including all appliances and fixtures in clean, sanitary and good condition and repair. Tenant will not remove Landlord's appliances and fixtures from the Premises for anuy purpose. If repairs other that general maintenance are required, Tenant will notify Landlord for such repairs. Tenant will also maintain the grounds, which is part of the Premises. Keep lawn cut to no more than 5" tall. Remove snow from driveway, front stoop and a path for the mail carrier within 24 hours of any snowfall. Rake and bag leave and properly dispose.
