No need to setup any accounts other than using your own logins for streaming TV services (Fire TV sticks and/or Roku Smart TV included on each TV, but access to streaming services are not included). 3 total auto vehicle parking available (1 inside garage/2 outside on driveway) Pets are negotiable (however no cats) and may require additional deposit and/or fees.
