Hey all we have a garage apartment for rent. Very nice 2 bedroom for rent. This has washer and dryer hook ups available. Spacious with 1148 sq ft much bigger than most places. There are no common areas not sharing space with anyone. This is a very easy going place. Please let us know if you have any type of pets so we can discuss that. Here are some of the guidelines below. We will be doing showings in person if anyone is interested you must show up in person. Please dont pay a background to check to people over the phone avoid scammers. Yes viewing the home without a background check is possible. Hope to find great people who want to rent this place but not in a hurry. Credit score requirement is 650 or above. You are responsible for water, trash, electricity, cable. Quiet hours start at 0900pm and goes to 0800 am. We do not accept trailers or commercial vehicles on premises. You must qualify for a background check for yourself and be the person actually renting. No sub-leasing. No business operating from the residence. No dangerous dog breeds for insurance purposes. No smoking or vaping. 1 year lease requirement. No prior evictions accepted.
