Extended Stays Stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit may be required and monthly mid stay cleans by our housekeeping team and trash pick ups every 10 days will be required and added separately after you've booked. Payments If booked more than 14 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking. Military Discount We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans.
