Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Please treat the home with care and respect. Excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher or sink. Tampering with security devices (e.g., cameras, doorbell, smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left-behind items. Please double-check before checking out. Please do not move furniture during your stay. If furniture has been moved, a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout. Kindly treat the hot tub with care and respect. If it is found to be excessively dirty or misused, a $150 fee will apply to cover the cost of draining, cleaning, refilling, and re-treating the water. The BBQ grill must stay where it is and not be moved due to the fire inspector's regulation of it being 5 feet from the house. Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to Airbnb. Minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use. These do not constitute damage or justify refunds. Any major issues should be reported immediately so we can address them. The home includes a workspace with fast Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work.
