There is high speed internet cable connected to the house. Heat is efficient forced air and automated humidifier, central ac. Current renter states "gas is 40/month, spiking a lot (up to 100 when we had below 0 temps). And electric can get to be over 100/month when running the A/C regularly, but as low as 50 during cold months. I typically budget to spend around $200 for all utilities (gas, internet, electric) based on these seasonal fluctuations and $60 for internet." Newer insulated windows and walls are insulated. One year lease then lease continues for month to month with 32 days minimum notice of vacating. No smoking or pets. Renters insurance recommended.
