Tenant shall be responsible for payment of all utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, gas, and trash service. Tenant shall maintain the landscaping and grounds surrounding the property, including mowing, edging, and general upkeep. to keep the property in good condition. A maximum of two pets is permitted.
